All transactions are carried out over a secure server. We do not and will not store your credit card details when you place an order online and pay directly on the internet, your card details are directly passed on to PayPal. We are simply notified by PayPal as to whether your payment has been successful or failed.

Purchase of Products

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with product availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Description of Products

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional specific terms and conditions related to that Product including, without limitation terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and warranty. All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We are determined to provide goods which offer great natural benefits to your pets health. We promise to keep our prices as low as we possibly can.

Payment

The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus Shipping Charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Product. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store any details of your credit card nor do we have access to any information on the authorisation process of your credit card, the only information we are told by our credit card processors ( PayPal) is whether your Credit Card was Authorised or Failed.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. The eligibility to purchase Products on the Website is limited to those parties who satisfy our Eligibility Criteria.
