Please Bear with us - Delivery of Orders from 4th October 2023

We are so grateful for all the support after our previous post. It really means so much to us. Our business is a passion that really has stretched us beyond what we thought possible. At the same time, the knowledge that our products are helping so many pets is really rewarding. So thank you for supporting us on this journey.

While we are taking a break, every small business owner knows that you never *really* take a break. Holistic Hound is run by myself and Clair. While Jo is taking a break from work (but still working on the business virtually), Clair is working *in* the business. Clair is fulfilling orders on her own at the moment while I'm not physically there. Due to the large influx of orders (which we are so grateful for), Clair is asking for you to bear with us please.

Delays with Shipping

All orders placed from tomorrow, October 4th until the 13th will be shipped week beginning the 16th of October. We hope you understand that this delay is unexpected and a result of the large influx of orders. We are not complaining though and Clair is working around the clock to get the orders prepped, checked, packed and shipped.
